11 yo boy presenting with 2 day history of left-sided testicular pain. Ultrasound image below shows flow within the right testicle and no flow within the left testicle. Left testicle also edematous compared to right. When doing testicular ultrasound, always remember to select scrotal setting due to the theoretical risk of thermal injury from color doppler.
