2yo M presented with one day of intermittent fussiness. Found to have an ileoileal intussusception in the RUQ with surrounding edema. The diameter of the intussusception was 1.2cm. When the diameter is more than 2.5cm and the length is more than 5.0 cm, the intussusception is most likely to be ileocolic.
