Caleb grew up in rural New Zealand (think shire territory in Lord of the Rings), before moving to England for college and medical school (think Harry Potter), before doing what his American wife told him to do - and becoming an American. Areas of potential research interest include health systems analysis, medical education and simulation. Free time is now mainly spent with his daughter and/or catching up on sleep.
