POCUS IOTW: FAST Exam

This is a trauma patient with a positive FAST. This is a transverse view of the bladder in the FAST exam of the pelvis. You can appreciate the sharp corners indicating that it is free fluid rather than encased fluid (such as a cyst, or within the bowel).
